Fill out the Google Form below to add your name and address to my mailing list. I will mail this card anywhere in the world, so don't worry if you live outside of the USA.

I will make and send you a card using my aforementioned "cutting-edge technology" and "state-of-the-art facilities". Your card should make it to you on or around New Year's Day.

Send me your review, telling me how thrilled and excited you are to have received such an amazing card. Attach a photo, and I may add it to the website's official review page.

If you're already on the list, you'll automatically get an email next fall prompting you to verify your information. Simply confirm your info to be added onto the list again! Wow, technology!
